		<description>Even though the study corroborates my own experience as a provider of whistleblower services (anonymous tips are less frequently pursued as vigorously as non-anonymous ones), I don&#039;t believe the answer is to provide an economic incentive to the anonymous whistleblower.  Submitters of confidential tips feel incented sufficiently when the company appropriately investigates allegations and communicates (anonymously) with him/her about the charges.</description>
